Hmm... #9 with the cold email is interesting. I do BD for a living and assumed that being direct in the open can be off-putting. A lot of times.. Im trying to introduce my company and entice the person into taking a meeting. If I just ask up front, I feel like they are likely to say.. “who the f is this pretentious

Wait...there is a reply all vs reply on messaging apps? I thought group chat is group chat.

Just came here to say that I have the knife in the picture...and it is amazing.

so don’t eat McDonalds or kebabs before passing out on the couch?

I’m curious how they came up with this list. I am assuming its the fact that tech employees are much more likely to use glassdoor then say Hedge Funds. I would think that boutique banks, funds, etc would have similar or higher pay than say the average salary at salesforce/linkedin.

YEah. I feel in general it was really punishing for aggro decks. I love zoo, face hunter, aggro freeze because I can play fun quick games and ladder decently (I don’t have enough time to grind out control). I’m curious if there will be new aggro with standard or if its an effort to make the game more control based.

I feel it really punished aggro / face decks. A lot of the nerfs were taking out charge. That being said.. I’m really interesting to see how the meta shakes out now.

Argh.. half my favourite decks are dead now (or will have to be significantly re-worked). I was hoping that I wouldn’t have to change anything for Wild. Look.. change is good and this would totally change the Meta even before standard. But I’m going to miss my aggro decks.

Nice. Very thorough article. I’ve used sworkit to help give me some variation of core exercises but will definitely look through these ones in depth.

Nice. I think its cute. And everyone likes short links.

As an investment banker who went through analyst hell. I scoff at your 70 hour weeks.

so so sad. This is the team that had the Dream. the Glide... even the mighty Yao. They are as bad as the Texan’s offense.

As a rockets fan..i really just want them to go nuclear and reboot the whole team.

LOL. Man this reminds me of seeing all the idiot study abroad students running around London. Not that I wasn’t one of them...in the not too distant past.

I feel that pain. I keep getting.. you are in pocket’s top 5% of readers.. which makes me laugh since I’m only reading like 5% of my saved articles. :P

Would be cooler if it saved a text version of the article into Google Books. Then I’d like it.. but otherwise.. whats the point with no offline viewing.

sigh. I know this dilemma all to well. Now with all these exclusives coming for netflix and amazon. I’m stuck paying for all... or torrenting it (I still torrent a lot of niche US stuff because I can’t find it in the UK).

really.. open tequila or vodka goes off in 1 year?

I totally agree. In my industry, referrals make up 50% of new business. And referrals come via friends or previous clients. If you don’t have a huge track record then its going to be 90% friends or acquaintances. That applies for jobs too. Heck.. c-suite headhunting is just a giant referral network.

ok.. and then I hit publish and now it says Stacey.
