Altitude training is still beneficial for speed events. I was a sprint butterflyer at university and we always tried to get in altitude training as it helped with lung capacity and "finishing" the race at full speed.

Well, now I feel the developers should just make everyone black, yellow and olive just for the hell of it. Sides it would be pretty funny to have a reverse historically inaccurate game for once instead of the usual white wash that happens in games, movies and tv.

I just want Roku to hurry up and release a Youtube app as well as an Amazon app. And while we are at it.. A Viki and DramaFever app. Then I will be done... My Roku 2 + Plex already handles like 80% of what I need a streaming device to do.

Actually with oil rig workers (I pick this out because I know some), salty language is generally excused. Gideon, I see your point.. although tbh, I usually upgrade to premium versions of the apps they recommend but get that the premium apps of free apps may not rank as high as other paid apps.

Totally agree. I think its a better deal in the US then the UK but can't beat the shipping.
