Agree. Also its impossible to find flight availability for rewards. Atleast with AA, you can use the anytime rates (insanely high but you can actually find seats).

Agree. I hate their miles program. I don't know how it got into top 5. I can never find availability for rewards flights. But I do agree that service is usually good, they go everywhere and if you are willing to pay.. you can always find flights, etc.

Etihad is awesome. Issue is that you usually have to transit through Abu Dhabi and their frequent flyer service is bad (takes forever to build up miles). Service / Plans are amazing though.

True...I agree the agent should be fired but at the end of the day, you are held accountable for what you sign. You have an agent negotiate on your behalf.. but if you forget to do read a clause.. its your own fault that you lost that money. Doesn't matter if its NFL or a home sale.

Agree. So many times.. I'm in the most crucial part and wife calls game veto. So either I risk her wraith and try to play another 5 minutes or just give up (and not play that game for 6 months).

I agree with most of these.. but I would substitute Evernote for Keep (although keep is faster for just quick "post-it" notes style stuff) and Babbel for duolingo.

maybe he got a bit too serious with the muay thai cross training.
