Shut the fuck up, asshole.
Shut the fuck up, asshole.
Not all conservatives are anti-trans in their day to day actions, but all conservatives vote for politicians that are anti-LGBTQ in their legislation. You can argue all you want about how you’re not personally discriminating against people, but you are actively supporting politicians that literally create…
Shut the fuck up chud
Elizabeth Moss’ c̶u̶l̶t church is probably at least as bad as Pratt’s, but, while that definitely raises eyebrows, I don’t see The AV (Gossip) Club calling her the “Worst Elizabeth,” or ranking her against Banks, Olson, Hurley, or Debicki...
well hold on maybe he’s planning on accidentally killing him.
I’d feel pretty burned if something I paid for was suddenly unable to ever be played again.
Yeah, but those languages have plural distinctions. “They” is workable for now, but we need to find a better word.
Do you even realize that you have misidentified the concern? It’s not about gendered pronouns, but about singular vs. plural/ambiguous pronouns.
I’m sorry but the use of ‘they’, ‘them’ and ‘their’ while referring to Ezra Miller in an article where other parties are involved is getting frustratingly out of hand. Can’t you just say Ezra Miller, Ezra Miller’s, Miller or Miller’s?
Yeah, that last season of It’s Always Sunny even by recent standards was… not brilliant.
Seems like they’re not going to do part of the season overseas, which is probably for the best (if the “It’s Always Sunny” experience is any guide).
Throughout my life I’ve found that the vast majority of people who can turn the waterworks on/off at will are at best less than trustworthy, at worst they use that ability to get what they want whenever possible.
That’s not really fair. You’ve never had someone’s demeanor be so off-putting that it made you uncomfortable and made that person seem untrustworthy to you?
Unfortunately, the only people who make vast profits from these systems with any regularity are the ones running them. And they, of course, have a vested interest in keeping the good times rolling. The players, when viewed as a group, always come out with less than they put in (ignoring the edge cases where the…
Because the game dies without F2P players. Without the lower spending playerbase the whales have no one to show off to, no one to destroy in pvp, no one to play with, no one to talk to, no clan wars, no anything. These games need people to play it to make it more alive and show others how fun it is so they can flip…
As I said, by keeping the game alive. Even the whales won’t continue to pay if the game is dead. By playing, and encouraging others to play, you’re keeping the community around the game alive, and keeping the servers active for people to play with/against.
Casinos are regulated (whether you think that regulation is adequate or not), and have a higher barrier to entry. This stuff is the wild west, on a device you carry around with you 24/7. Shunning isn’t going to be an effective strategy as long as these predatory practices bring in more money from whales than they lose…
And that’s why so many people are worried, since this monetization model is so successful at exploiting people. Why sell good games at a decent cost if you can make so much more profiting from addiction?
As someone who recently replayed The Last of Us Remastered to prep for finally getting around to Part II, the visuals in this remake have seen a major upgrade and are now basically in line with the sequel - and likely a little nicer.
given the torch is taken up by the team that was already working and invested in it, supervised by his close friend and collaborator...
it won’t be perfect but i think they’re entitled to try. Certainty they have more connection and investment in it than than Sanderson did with WoT.
