As a teenage Soundgarden fan, not I.

Tours this scale are basically small corporations that keep dozens of people employed, if not more. Yes, it absolutely does take guts to rock that boat when you know it’s putting people’s livelihoods on the line, especially a crew that you care about.

Holy shit. Every time I think the AV Club’s quality has hit rock bottom, I see something like this.

Not just single player, no Season Pass, no pre-order DLC, no exclusive content for buying Mountain Dew or Butterfingers or some dumb shit. Elden Ring is a genuine, full, complete game.

Damn, it feels like yesterday season 3 happened.  Can’t wait!

Wow all those sales without adding in a difficulty slider, crazy

Declaring that a far-right and a centrist position are the bounds of acceptable discourse is not “neutrality.” Just like neutrality between the people demanding my death and the people who would allow me to exist as long as I’m not too open about it isn’t “neutrality.”

Have you guys ever wondered why the wealthy tend to gravitate towards anti-choice? That’s because more babies = more bodies to pay taxes that will find their way to their bank accounts. We’re cattle to them to be either culled, or to be living profit. Some of you may not remember, but wealthy business owners like to

Because it’s not being neutral. Being neutral means not getting involved. Inserting yourself in the middle and telling people to respect other peoples views isn’t taking a neutral position because there’s the implication that their views are worthy of respect.

“that dogs really are man’s best friend, they know their place, and perform useful functions like biting burglars and chasing balls that you throw for them.”

It is fine to respect different views, until one side tries to impose their views on the other side. Would Jim Ryan suggest that people respect all views on slavery?

My opinion is that everyone who is pregnant should be forced to have an abortion, regardless of whether or not they want one, and frankly it’s super fucked up that Jim Ryan respects my opinion.

Republicans that are pro-choice:

You’d be shocked how many Pro-Life people have no problem with Roe v. Wade or Planned Parenthood.”

They vote for the very kinds of people that have wanted to overturn it for decades, and now that is happening.

It doesn’t matter that they “have no problem with it”, they brought about its downfall.  Actions matter.

Absolutely disgraceful. If someone is Anti Choice now is the time to hound them, question them publically, humiliate them. Do anything necessary to save your rights.

There's scepticism and then there's slating a movie that's barely been announced. The latter is snark looking for a problem.

I don’t get the negative tone here. As legacy sequels go, this makes a lot more sense than, say, a new Top Gun. You’re reacting to a hypothetical bad film that exists in your head.

I mean, it’s Bethesda, so they could release it in 3023 and it’d likely still be a buggy mess, but if it’s less of a buggy mess by delaying it for a few months I’m all for it.

Of course that can’t happen because most of the time the big companies need to appease shareholders and what better way than “game will hit holiday target for sure bros.”
