Like very previous expansion aside from Cataclysm, flying should be allowed at cap.
Cataclysm had levelling and flying at the same time. It was great. Content at cap was lacking, but the levelling was fun.
Plenty of people have posted counters to their arguments against flying, and gone on to provide ways of having flying and still keep everything the anti-flyers want.
Yeah, the taxis are great when you want to stop playing the game for five or ten minutes at a time.
