Exactly. Having no online for a month and being rewarded with free games afterwards is much better than getting individual credit cards jacked, reading about the horror stories and very little being done about it.

I couldn't care less about Gamestop. I buy most of my games through Amazon anyways, and they still have it listed. I scoff at the notion that Gamestop is some well-informed gaming insider.

Yo, Kanye? I'm really happy for you. I'mma let you finish, but Battlefield 3 had one of the best trailers of all time! Best trailers OF ALL TIME!
I can sleep through a 5.9
Seems like you're doing the same thing that you're accusing me of...putting words in my mouth. You misquoted me for one thing:
You don't get it. No one even knows the precise frame rates on consoles, like they can on PCs. So the average console gamer wouldn't even care much less know the FPS. There are more factors involved than that. You're oversimplifying buying decisions based on a quality people have a hard time of judging unless they put…
If it did matter that much, everyone would just game on PCs.
Ignore the haters still butthurt over things that don't even affect new buyers. You'll know who they are when you read their bitter comments.
Easy...scan through its game library (as well as game reviews) and if a majority of them interest you so much that you think you'd buy/borrow/rent them, then get a PS3.

I recall reading that the DLC restrictions are relatively new to their policies (I'll see if I can validate this.) Who knows whether it was an intentional broken agreement or just bad timing with EA launching Origin while Valve updated their policies? I think this is where the confusion lies and the pointing fingers…
Yeah, it's been vague at times on who's pulling the games. I figured it was Steam because the games were still available in other digital distribution sites like D2D. So it wouldn't make sense for EA to intentionally close just one distribution channel for the sake of pushing Origin. It had to be because of a Steam…
Probably when he starts selling BF3 and SWTOR flavored ice cream. It's still early.
I haven't read EA actively withdrawing games already on Steam, but it makes sense that upcoming games just not be on them if they are going to conflict with Steam's policies anyways, like BF3.

Nah, it's more like:
Except, you can still buy EA games on Steam like Need for Speed, Sims, etc.
