I figured the person was run-over.... by the headline saying so. Someone run-over by a car doesn’t limp anywhere. Still unacceptable, and worthy of investigation, but this article is horrible at objectively portraying facts.

No mention of what crimes this person was being pursued for. Murder? Arson? Rape? Jay-walking? What?

How do you say a man bypassed a barrier closing a road being used for a protest, drove in violation of the speed limit, and didn’t intend harm?
