I agree. This election has revealed that our media establishment simply isn’t equipped to deal with a low-rent scam artist and inveterate liar like Trump.

LOL remember when some Democrats were fretting about the possibility of wily Ted Cruz winning the Republican nomination? And how Clinton would have a much tougher time against him?

This is further evidence for my theory that Cruz’s endorsement doesn’t necessarily mean he thinks Trump will win. He’s just hedging his bets.

Johnson is a white man who wants to legalize weed. That’s enough for a lot of Bernie-or-busters.

I can almost guarantee that won’t be the end of it. Remember how he made Christie fetch him sandwiches? He’s got something far worse planned for Ted.

I don’t know about that. Nixon was only as liberal as the era (and a Democratically controlled Congress) forced him to be. If he had been elected in 1981 or 2000, he’d be just as far to the right as Reagan or Bush.

Which is why no one has ever heard about emails, the Clinton Foundation, BENGHAZI!!11 or Clinton’s fainting spell.

Sanders fans are demonstrating their lack of sexism by voting for a man who disagrees with Sanders about almost everything and, oh yeah, whose name is Johnson.

Trump is never going to forget that. I wonder what revenge he’s planning for Cruz?

That’s possible, though I’m not sure how effective a threat that is. Cruz has developed his own donor network due to his primary run. Priebus will certainly be out if Trump loses the election. He may not even stay on if Trump does win. He’s been chair since 2011. Most haven’t served as long as he has.

Probably smells like wet ham too.

Until very late in the primaries, Ted Cruz thought Ted Cruz would win. Even though Trump was leading in the polls almost the entire time. Which Clinton has been doing (over both Sanders and Trump) since she announced her candidacy.

Cruz is what Trump would be if the latter had any discipline. Fortunately for the republic, Cruz is less charismatic than Richard Nixon.

But they’re up there looking for emails and scandals. They’re not up there because they think Clinton is a wonderful lady with a pristine colon.

I doubt it. One of the offices is in northeast Philly and the new one is on South Street. I don’t think Trump owns any property in the city.

Republicans have been convinced there’s a silent, Archie Bunker majority out there since the ‘90s, but somehow their share of the vote has always maxed out at less than 50%.

Johnson and Stein continually offer new reasons why third parties remain a good idea in the abstract only.

Johnson is not just a wacky uncle. He has legitimately stupid and dangerou ideas, like allowing states full control over reproductive rights.

Trump’s campaign is just weird. I’ve read reports that they have to pay canvassers. Typically, you pay field organizers who manage unpaid volunteers who do the on-the-ground calling, door-knocking, etc.. And the volunteers that do sign up have to sign NDAs and submit photo IDs. in order to work for the campaign

Frank would be a total Trump supporter.
