Dom´s "personality" shifts because she´s not being herself with Darlene. She´s trying to find a way into her. She actually changes strategies like for times before deciding the best move is to show her hand. She´s a really good manipulator. I only trust that she is being herself when she´s alone. Whenever she´s with

The way I saw it, Elliot wants to go to jail cause he sees himself as a starter of bad shit. His girlfriend died because of him, a lot of people got involved in dangerous, crisis inducing things because of him. He got scared that he actually went through with it, he´s scared that he lost so much time, he doesn´t trust

I read it like Angela simply being more composed because she´s dealing with a volatile personality in Tyrell (I also got the impression that that whas not the first time they talked), so she needs to be reassuring. I felt it like a "well, what´s done is done, let´s clean up the mess" from her part. Also, the idea that

The way he used that gun was awesome. You KNOW it´s gonna show up, you KNOW it´s gonna be important, but he turned it on it´s head by Tyrell shooting Elliot instead of the other way around.

Cause he's Judas!
Ok, I'm sorry, I'll shut up about it now.

I love that they planted the idea of how to differentiate what's real and what's not early in the season. And they did it in a way that actually contributes to Elliot's state of mind being so broken that he would allow that situation to escalate. Honestly, I love this frakking show.

I think it was one of the greatest shows. It's because of Lost (and others, of course) that networks started being more accepting of mythology shows and complicated serialized storytelling.

Just like The Wire taught us.

He's Judas. He loves him in the way someone would love the person they believe to be a god.

I think he actually said he thought about it like Empire Strikes Back. He said it in the context of comparing Darlene to Leia, but still.

I love how this meme evolved.

But what I love about it is that it both grounds it (in the ways you said) but also still builds up the Jesus analogy. So it wants to have its cake and eat it too, with great results. It's like its saying the only people capable of shit like this are people crazy enough to believe they might become gods, and by

A year ago? I feel like it´s been ages. That´s franchise saturation for ya.

It is!

In my head, what relates it to LOST is not necessarily the supernatural elements, but more this willingness to change the rules and expand the scope every season.
I don´t think we´re going supernatural in Mr. Robot. Someone said something about how that was Whiterose building a narrative for Angela to believe in her

I feel like what they´re trying to convey is that she has nothing but the system and she´s slowly realizing the system is broken and doesn´t care about her. She gave everything to the FBI and now the FBI is blocking the investigation on the biggest conspiracy ever.
When everything´s been taken away from you, you are

I could totally see the "I can´t believe I´m actually asking this out loud to a machine, what the fuck is wrong with me" in her eyes. It´s the same as when I ask my cat if we´re gonna be alright.

I feel exactly that.
She´s been manipulating her way up. Having victories and gaining confidence, right up to two of the most powerful people in the world, who, of course, are far better than her at it.
Philip Price broke her but then found no use for her. Whiterose saw the potential she had and made her an asset.

I really don´t get the whole "the creator is trolling with us" argument.
Of course they´re trolling with us, I want them to. I want the show to be one step ahead of me and keep me guessing, otherwise I´d just watch the frakking big bang theory.
To me, this whole season has been strongly suggesting it´s a game. From that
