But have you tried All-Weather tires, a much different beast to 3 season tires.

All Weather tires last around 80-100k, Summer/Spring tires will do about 120k

All Weather tires not All Season.........they perform brilliantly in the frozen north.

That’s why the tread pattern is designed to work in all conditions. The compound is also important as rubber becomes harder in cold weather, and so All Weather tires need to have a compound that works in all weather conditions.
