Yeah, I doubt when it's due to religion that they watch porn, go though guidebooks, attend sexual seminars or anything to get ready and figure out a game plan. Just expecting magic to happen out of pure mutual ignorance doesn't work for anything else; why should it work for sex?

I have bought shoes and TVs over the internet though without testing them in the wild. Doesn't always work out, but it's so convenient!

Psychologists hate that simple trick!

Yeah, growing up it's so easy to build these incredibly detailed ideas about sex and relationships and what you want and what you don't. And then you discover that you don't like that and hope they aren't really into it because it's doing nothing for you at all and is actually pretty uncomfortable.

Luckily he has no shortage of songs. But Georgia is easily in my top 5 of his, and it's sad it's not live anymore. I never took it as aggressive at all, just a man in a really bad way and a friend who helps him when he needs it most.

Hey now, what about whomever knocked her up? He's a hero (or possibly the people at the clinic are - I know nothing of her personal life)!

Additions: still bad.

I don't hate Superman as a character, though I feel he's kind of a minefield as there's so many ways to do him wrong. But I agree - I didn't like any of his movies.

I've only seen Supes I, II and Returns, so I gotta go with the first Reeve Superman. I wasn't a big fan (too many primary colors and missiles don't work like that). As for Batman, eh, TDK. And even then I found the Batman parts the least interesting parts of the movie.

Nothing makes more sense than Doctor Face Hands! Not even Mob Doctor!

He seems to hate Dylan too.

Sort of like how he used to play "The Sign" but stopped when he realized people thought he was making fun of it and it became a hipster mockery event.

And it sounds like they liked Young. That doesn't change the fact that it's an awesome takedown song.

Hey, sometimes you gotta murder a few kids to make a scene really sizzle.

I remember how she kept trying to get a pizza delivered but they didn't do that in England until the end and they finally did, but for reasons I forgot she didn't accept it. I have no idea who "she" is, which book she was in or what her role was. But pizza delivery.

But how else can you have the screenwriter talk directly to the audience?

He comes from a famous name and seems to suddenly have his name on a shitload of things without blowing anyone away with any of his previous efforts. It's not that he's a horrific hack or anything, but instead a "why are we suddenly caring about this guy", famous-for-being-famous feel.

I think that's what our local Young Republicans often called the school, yeah.

I kind of hated these books, as I didn't like Dirk and I wound up confused about what the hell was going on. Until then, I was always the guy who "got it", could follow any mystery or pointlessly arcane sci-fi novel. Not with Dirk; there was something just too English about them, or something like that.
