Please don’t use these guys. They are way overpriced compared to any of the number of other custom PC build companies out there. Hell even getting something from one of the big companies would be savings compared to them.

Blizzard needs to implement a system in the game where you basically get timed out or grouped with other people for being toxic. As long as something like that isn’t in place and it actually does something unlike the current reporting system this will always be an issue.

If they just took out the forced instance grind from the RRB and Heavensword main story quest leveling a new toon wouldn’t be so bad. I love the story elements but it took me nearly 3 days of catch up last time I restarted before Heavensword and most of that was waiting on instance queues.
