The only thing I need to know is how well does the PS4 streaming work with a Dual Shock 4. If both the PSTV and PS4 are wired on the same network, does it play pretty much instantaneously? Is the controller (meaning motion and touchpad) fully supported when playing streamed titles?

Perhaps it was, but after 15 hours of intro before all the combat systems are even opened up to you, I was already worn out. For me, it just wasn't fun to play.
