Outside of stuff like Game Pass where you can ‘bank’ an extended period of time at a pretty steep discount if you keep an eye out, I’ve long since adopted the a la carte purchase model with subscriptions, which is to say I cancel them the instant I buy them.

Completely removes the burden of trying to keep track of

I would have preferred full remakes ala Anniversary. These remasters certainly look nicer than the originals but if they retain the same camera and controls, they aren’t going to play particularly well by modern standards.

“I don’t think I’ve ever played a game that was more terribly written”

“consent be damned” is a *really* weird thing to have imagined and added in there yourself.

“...the game’s ultra-realistic planetary orbits...”

Happy to help.

The real question is... ... ...

Yeah... it’s priced well. But the problem is it’s competitors do a lot more for the same price. This ONLY streams PS5 games. I was expecting it to be able to directly Stream PS+ premium games (instead of going through the console) but it can’t even stream those at all. We were told PS+ would regain that functionality

So Sony has a streaming service & this is a streaming device, but you can't use it with the service, despite it having all the necessary hardware. This seems like something they will teach in business classes in the future.

Probably more than Magikarp sashimi

It was called Gods and Monsters originally, but they were forced to change it because of fucking Monster Energy of all things. Still, the name they landed on was pretty bad.

I get what you’re saying but no, we definitely want more heroes.
But I also want all the other stuff you mentioned. I have over 800 hours played as Lucio. I want new supports, so I can retire these damn skates.

Now now, let’s be clear. They didn’t make a free to play sequel. They rebranded it as a free to play sequel.

It’s not complicated. Blizzard took a pretty good game, made a free to play ‘sequel’ that promised to have new singleplayer content, then backed out of most singleplayer content. People are mad

There’s nothing complicated about it. Blizzard took a good game, made it worse and forced in disgusting monetization that made loot boxes look friendly in comparison while also announcing the canceling of the promised PvE content months after the decision had been made... during which time they continued to advertise

I’d say “impossible” is probably apt as it applies to mere mortals.

People that be banging the druid bear are the type of people to definitely want everyone to know about it.

Oh, I am definitely banging that druid bear.

And by contrast, my husband and I play plenty of games with romance options, and we have a great time pining after different fictional characters and then sharing/laughing about it later. Can’t wait to explore what BG3 has to offer in that regard.

We both love the game Hades, for example, and “Boyfriend Dungeon” was a

You can still have a perfectly good time not interacting with the romance options at all. If you just want to quest and roll dice, all of that is still there and unaffected by romance. Some people like getting down with their party members, a lot of people do actually, and it’s cool that they can do that even if
