Impressive!

The Ford C-Max is close enough. We used to call them that when I worked at the Ford Technical hotline until someone got offended when it was used on the phone. lol

They are pretty damn solid. I bought a rusty one in Michigan for 3k, and have put 35,000 miles on it in five years and it’s only cost me about $300 in maintenance and repairs.

Correct, I wrote a comment saying this and then scrolled down and saw you said pretty much the exact same thing I did lol

It’s actually a 2004 Heritage model. Basically the last year of the ten gen carried over along side production of the 11th gen. You can tell by the orange turn signals and also the fact that the sticker on the door jamb shows a build date of 01/04. It’s a clean truck, love the manuals!

Obviously wasn’t stimulus money but I bought a 97 Mustang GT convertible for $1150. Just put an angle kit and coilovers on it, gonna be a sweet drift car!

Working on my vehicles is really the only thing left to do, other than video editing and working on my train layout or playing video games. Realistically, I’ll have plenty to do for months if need be.

I feel like its more than just a MY2011 problem. For whatever reason, even the brand new HEMI powered vehicles that come into my shop often have the “HEMI tick”.

These are the kind of posts I come to Jalopnik for, thanks!

This ad was a massive fail. Most people didn’t get the message, and were probably excited about all the cool vehicles they showed in that scene. But hey, it got my dad and I talking about classic Cougars again so that’s good.

It’s easy, just like at every drift event: A 350Z

It wa actually 2018 MY that Ford updated the front end. I have a 16, and like the old front end more, but love the new 18+ LED Lariat tails so i got some for my 16.

This hits close to home, however, I’ve had great luck with all the Ford products I’ve owned, but the 2016 F150 I bought a few years back might be my last new Ford.

I agree, but how could he? He’s not a car guy, he’s a former CEO of a furniture company.

This is awesome! Thanks to Iracing and Dale Jr for making it happen before it’s too late. Can’t wait to drive it in the sim.

Damn this one hit me right in the feels. I remember going to New York and it was all Crown Vic’s and Town Cars. Now, it’s all Prius’s and Camry’s.

Dust 2 Glory. It’s basically a re-make of Dust to Glory but it was just as good. The Blink of An Eye, etc. I could go on there’s a bunch that are actually racing and car movies, not just action movies with cars in them.

You would think, but here in Colorado it seems they dont want to do it. I’ve dealt with it at both Nissan and Ford. It really seems they try to blow you off until it’s out of warranty.

No surprises there. Subaru’s quality has been tanking, and their customers are finally starting to notice.

Not to be that guy, but since this is a car blog, that’s a Ford Five Hundred down there, not a Focus.
