I spot a Foxbody!
Depending on the year, make and model, I personally think some of the best American cars came from the mid 90’s- mid 00’s. Easy to work on, parts are cheap, the technology isn’t crazy, and the vehicles aren’t generally over-styled.
I was glad they had 1 manual car! Ran better than I expected! I got lucky and didn’t have a partner so I got to do two laps in each car. Kind of made up for having to call in sick in order to go. Did you turn the stability off in each car or was that just me?
Did you happen to drive the course in 2013?
Man, I’ll tell you what! I almost put that damn camry into the guardrail on the steering and handling course because it understeered so bad.. and that was after I got out of the MKZ with a glass roof!
When I moved there from Colorado, I immediately got a 260,000 mile Mercury Grand Marquis and it was perfect for swallowing potholes.
Damn, I must be lucky with my 5 2000’s era Fords.. all of em have made to 175k miles and 3 are over 225k..
It’s only on the Explorer/Mountaineer/Aviator. Still one the most common problems ever.
Way, way way too nice to be Detroit. Also, no burned out buildings with debris covering the street.
It is until everything ends up getting jacked. Also, the safety of their engineers, which to Ford are the most valuable employees.
Those have gotta be the nicest roads anywhere in Michigan. Let’s see those robots avoid potholes, and then change a flat tire when they hit one.
Just saw em for the first time in Vegas.. what a great showing!
I had no idea how much the TITAN looked like a knock-off F150 until I saw them in a row leaving SEMA..
Too bad 3/4 of the NASCAR community is too ignorant to see this. I got flamed badly last sunday for stating the same opinion, but it’s pretty clear a lot of fans watch just for the wrecks.
Exactly what I thought...If he was gonna do it so blatantly, he should have gone the wrong way and really got him good.
It must be his cry-baby teammates rubbing off on him.
We’re looking at you, Bisimoto.
Awesome! I’m glad to see they continued making CJ’s with the switch to the S550.
So many good NASCAR ovals shut down in the late 2000’s.. Nazareth, Gateway, PPIR, Nashville, and there might be more.. How sad.
Too bad he couldn’t admit it in the post race interview.
