"Tucker: The Man & His Dream" What a great movie. I watched it in a business class in High School, and it was really inspiring.

Didn't you learn not to speed in VA from all the BS that the Mischief guys went through?? How quickly we forget..
Great Article, Doug. I really enjoy reading your pieces. I have too, been wondering about this recently. The main thing that bothers me is how much electronic crap that will break (ex: Power Liftgates) or become outdated (Infotainment Systems) in ten years. The 2005 Acura TL I'm driving this summer reminds me of how…
Have you driven a Camry, or Accord? The Fusion feels like it handles better (way better than the Camry) and rides almost as nice as the Accord. I was impressed by the new Fusion.
The SN95 Mustang.. I'd buy one brand new (If it came with a Coyote)
Not all of em, but alot do. All the ones working traffic control at MIS had em.
I was never a fan of the SRT4, but when we went to Milan Dragway and it repeatedly stomped my friend's Focus ST, I was impressed.
Looks like an 04-08 F150 to me..
The steering and handling course has to be one of the most fun things to drive fast. I got the opportunity to drive a bunch of new Fords on the track last fall, and it was a blast. Especially getting a little air over those humps in a Transit Connect.
It's no secret that the coyote 5.0's horsepower figures were underrated. Many of the 412 HP cars were making 380 or more at the wheels.. absolutely incredible.
Why has it looked the same since 2006, when they uglified it?
There was one back in the day called NASCAR Legends developed by the same people who made the best NASCAR games ever (NASCAR Racing 1,2,3, 2002, and 2003 Season, which later went on to be the basis for IRacing) It was a lot of fun, although the damage wasn't that great, it was pretty good for the time.
Dang, from the back and the side, it looks a lot like a Transit
The Edge has always been a Ford that's pleasantly surprised me. I remember how great the first gen felt when it came out back in 2006. It felt leaps and bounds ahead of some of the other Ford products at the time. My Ex has one, and it's been super reliable, has AWD and averages 22 MPG, which is pretty good with her…
If you can get me an 08 Harley Davidson Edition F150 for 8K, i'd buy it right now. They're more than 20k around here.
Ha! As someone who moved from Colorado to Detroit to work for the Ford Technical Hotline for 21 bucks an hour right out of college, you hit the nail on the head. As my friend and I would say, "The only opportunity out here is a chance to get robbed" and then our house got burglarized and the joke stopped being funny.
Agreed. I'm driving an 06 Acura TL for the summer, and I thought it was decent car to get mid-twenties girls with.. well it is, until they see the damn Navigation, and ask if it's based on Windows 95 Technology.
This! I worked at the Ford Technical Hotline, and half the people there didn't even know which one they were dealing with.. "It's uh, a '13, MKX, or Z or S or T..what ever the hell the Flex based one is."
Yeah, but you can run a 4:56 final drive with a 8 Speed as a Daily Driver!
It's funny to me how most Michiganders talk so highly of Ann Arbor. When I moved to Michigan, my new friends were all like "Dude, you're from Colorado, you'll love it out there!" and in actuality, I hated it because it reminds me of Boulder, one of my least favorite places in Colorado.
