Before you criticize Weiss for the dating choices she made more than 15 years ago, just think:

I noticed that as early as season 4 where Ireland appears, the uncle gets blown up, and that’s it. Not a single mention of the Troubles or anything that paints Britain in a poor light like Bloody Sunday.

The drop in quality from Abberfan to Ghost Diana sure was massive.

She got a whole episode! JFC. Watch then comment.

But the school says it took particular issue with posts that said Israel’s war on Gaza began before October 7...”

There was an entire episode devoted to Margaret’s illness and death and a flashback to VE Day, with Claire Foy, showing a maybe 16 year old Elizabeth out with Margaret, showing how close they were. It was lovely and I was tearing up quite a bit.

Margaret actually gets a lovely, if slightly sanitized and repetitive, sendoff that didn’t make it into this review. But the show certainly did not forget her importance to Elizabeth in the final episodes.

I’ve said this before a number of times, but The Crown did its most compelling work when it stayed relatively close to events that actually transpired, like with Aberfan and Paterfamilias.

Here’s an example of the “good old days:”

She really IS Rachel Green and Alex Levy, isn’t she?

His openness was also a contrast with the Thirteenth Doctor, who was rather walled off to her companions.

Please watch The Driver. You will not regret it!

yeah! don’t these clowns know they’re supposed to dance for our amusement until the end of time? dance, monkeys! dance!

Weird. I love The Morning Show, it’s always a hell of a lot of fun to watch but Succession is far and away a better piece of television and entertainment.

A combination of all of those things. The big names get attention, and Apple likely puts a significant amount of money into a “For Your Consideration” campaign.

And for f*ucks sake, The Bear isn’t a comedy.

Wow, she thinks this is the way to forgiveness?!

She’s so transparently full of shit.

No he’s wrong. We need to learn there are two parts to a situation. How it makes you feel, and the reaction to it.

The showrunner had written a one-season show and it was really successful so they just kept going because that’s how network TV works.

Wow Adam Brody sounds like an unprofessional jackass.
