Bit of an aside, but another thing was/is people scoffing at the idea Trump won because of “economic anxiety.” That’s not so much anymore cause it’s not really brought up anymore, but for a while there, the idea was seen as such a stupid concept.

So for me, I would just not vote for a candidate. The problem is that voting for lesser of two evils is still a propagation of the problem that got us into this situation in the first place. Bill Clinton won on the idea of basically appealing to the center, and the Democrats have stuck with that like a drowning man…

I’d say it’s as long as they want to. To be clear, I don’t think we should demand anything of him in terms of what he wants to do with his career. If he wants to drop out, I’d be sad, I’d be disappointed, but I’d understand.
