Yep, with War and 10-2, 11 was actually the 13th. He gained a new set in 11's regeneration episode, and the 2013 Christmas Special. It’s implied to be another set of 13 regenerations, but never explicitly said.

That all being said, if you want to watch the show do NOT start anywhere other than Season 1 Episode 1 of NewWho. Sure, maybe watch an episode from another season to see what you’ll be getting into, but please start from the very beginning.

It’s a fictional game in an idealized world, it’s not supposed to represent the modern real world. Especially since it’s a massive worldwide release where not everyone would understand some of the more realistic local (in a broad, countrywide sense) issues with police.

You can already transfer saves between systems (just by transferring the account).

A lot of WW2 games DO include Nazi symbols. For some reason, some of the more recent ones (CoD, BFV?) don’t. Usually it’s so they don’t have to change anything when they release in Germany though.

I do think you need a converter to make it work properly on the PS4, but at that point it still shouldn’t matter. It’s just a different controller that Sony themselves are letting you use.
