The reason La La Land is gonna get it especially bad is because it's a movie about Hollywood, and that's one of the surest ways to get nominations from Hollywood.
I'm kinda disappointed that the third best song in Moana was the one they chose to nominate.
The first few that were under 3 minutes long were amusing, but no one wants to watch 20 minutes of nitpicking a Transformers film everyone already knows is terrible.
First two albums are both worth checking out. The third has a few good songs, but it's pretty inessential unless you're just really into synth-pop. Their fourth album is just a really bad Bruce Springsteen impression.
MacArthur Park at least gave us a good Weird Al parody. There are plenty of songs that are just as bad that didn't even manage to do that.
Megamind is great, and I will not tolerate disparaging remarks about it. Bad to the Bone is overused, but it works in the context of the film.
Ben Folds and Rufus Wainwright have a great cover of Careless Whisper. It really is a great song, and it's so sad that we've lost the person that wrote it and many others.
My hot take: D'yer Maker is worse.
What's the difference between that line and "apology accepted, captain Needa"? It sounds like you had your mind well made up before that point.
Are you unfamiliar with Trump's cabinet?
I know I saw it at one point, but I mainly remember Emmet Otter for the great behind the scenes clip of them trying to get a drum to roll in a very specific way. I don't think anything is better at cconveying the brutal realities of film. https://www.youtube.com/wat…

I'm not sure I'll ever be able to enjoy Death Grips enough to put them in a top ten list, but this is a really great list other than that.
Here's my top twenty albums this year. Top ten are ranked, the rest aren't.
Can there be a different abbreviation? I was really confused about how a free to play game that's been out for 7 or so year just dropped to $30 dollars.
I'm not expecting anything out of the actual movie, but I love that Valeran trailer. It looks beautiful and the music is used really well.
That's what people said about the people that are currently in charge when they were growing up.
All the non bayou stuff is great.
I for one cannot wait for the Disney Dadaist period.
