TBH, at least they’re a couple steps above “This is racist to make me face consequences for my own racism!” - not a high bar, but I’ve heard worse non-apologies. Though they’re only apologizing cuz they have to.

They also truly believe everybody’s Permanent Record from grade school is lurking out there, ready to ruin lives and futures.

In fact, not only were they fired after the video was posted to social media, but they’re apparently facing eviction as well.

The only apology that matters: “I’m sorry I’m such a fucked-up loser. I’m going to try to be less of a fucked-up loser. I’ll probably fail, but I’m going to try.”

Just goes to show you how privileged these people are when the entirety of their human interactions have always been protected from any repercussions.
Who doesn’t know to not talk shit to strangers?

As it turns out, the only ones to lose their jobs behind the incident are discount Archie and Edith Bunker.

They were showcased on the Racist and Unemployed Inssta.  Their identities and employers were foumd out FAST.  As an aside Issaquah is very white but has a very sizable Indian and Pakistani population so this was especially stupid.  I am really pissed that these human thumbs had employment while I was forced to move…

Watching the video was hard for me; it was if I didn’t recognize the person.
