No. He was found not guilty. There is a big difference. The prosecutor could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt to the jury he was guilty. That is all that meant. You are not found innocent in a trial

Let’s be real, you are likely to be sexually assaulted by a cop who ends up with a promotion rather than punishment. Then when you were too loud about it and not letting it go, then an officer will “fear for their life.” And the department will threaten your family and denigrate your history.
