As an old hockey fighter let me explain. Fighting is a part of the game always has been, and the job is to hold people accountable. The fighter is often the most well liked guy on the team. Let me tell you about one time in Saskatoon in the 80s. There was a big game the next day against our hated rivals from Swift

Agree they are generally dumb, but you have to respect that Bieksa tried to protect Radko’s head from hitting the ice after he blasted him and then made sure he was okay when they got up. I think he surprised himself that he KO’d Radko.

Even as a hockey purist, I can agree that the fights are dumb (though, I still don’t want them out of the game).

Funny. I’d end your comment with, “Hockey fights are the best.”

Or awesome. That is as gentlemanly as a fight can get.

Dude is a bigger man than any of us.

“The man, who is described as 26 to 28 years old and wearing a red, white and blue jacket, got off at the next stop and fled on foot.”

you can do both.

I’m all for being grateful you’re alive and getting alongwith your fellow man, but you don’t forgive this, you get justice. I hope karma catches that asswipe.

Be careful with that edge.

2DS just means a 3rd gen DS without the 3D screens, which saves on manufacturing costs, making it cheaper to the consumer, too.

You weren’t forced to use it – my 3D has been off almost the entire time I’ve owned a 3DS – but you were forced to pay for it. This New 2DS XL has literally every feature of the New 3DS XL except for the 3D, and it is $40 less in Canada, so yeah, the 3D had a cost.

Not entirely true. I wouldn’t want to get a Switch for a kid (say 7-10). It’s so easily broken and is way too expensive. The DS line is perfect for kids. It’s relatively cheap for if it gets broken, it’s built sturdier, the clamshell design makes it easier to move around as well as prevent damage to the screen, and

It’s basically a New 3DS XL, only without the 3D effects.

I hope someday they release a 2DS with 3D capabilities

Super DS

more powerful DS with extra analog sticks, but yes.

Isn’t a 2DS with hinges a... DS?

Oh wow, I actually dig this. I’d love a way to check out the 3DS library, but I don’t want or need that “3d” functionality and the 2DS looks like a kid’s toy. This seems like a great way to dig into all those cartridge and Virtual Console games. $150 is pretty reasonable, too.

This could sell really well. The only reason i went for the 3ds over the 2ds is because of the folding. Also I’m guessing this means even Nintendo is phasing out of the 3D hype.
