Pretty much what you just said there in first paragraph... people, full-grown adults, told me about how they cried during "I Remember You", since it also waxed on a bit of a parallel on the dilemma facing a family member with Alzheimer's.

My only problem with P&F is that it runs rather formulaic outside of that, and feels the same to me watching episodes back to back. Other than that, it can be pretty entertaining.
