No updates as far as I have read, and Shane Black seems committed to making it as faithful to the manga as possible, which is admirable.

I am quite pleasantly surprised no one has picked up One Piece, the most popular, well written (compared to other popular SJ titles), and easily most accessible manga that can be converted with little change toward marketing it to American audiences.
