I’m a fan of shitheart when I’m going at someone. “Listen you shitheart fucker, don’t you ever say that about ........ again!”

Why wouldn’t they take advantage of you? If you’re going to give them slavish devotion regardless (and you are, the collector’s edition selling out is enough to demonstrate that) why shouldn’t they belittle you? If you wanted to be treated like human beings instead of consumers you’d act like it.

Silva is pretty popular in shmups. Don’t know about Sapp.

Do you think people who’ve been living this life have no clue about what they’re doing to themselves?

Don’t even pretend like you wouldn’t watch those if it was of the fighter’s own free will (as opposed to being compelled as they’d undoubtedly be).

I’m not even sure how someone could look at that picture and think he was ragged. Maybe a bit puffy in the cheeks, but I’m pretty sure he could destroy a dude if he had to.

It might be a terrible Chinese restaurant. Sometimes you’re better off getting the deep-fried stuff, because at least it’s been dunked in hot oil and is briefly germ free because of that.

God, it was so bad. Dude volunteers at a library, but his taste is execrable. It’s not completely terrible, he liked the new Mad Max, but he also voluntarily watched a movie about Snoop Dog pretending to be a high (har har har)school student. He spent his own hard earned money on it, it’s fucking mind-boggling. He

If you say so. I’m not sure what the argument is about, then? From my end it seems to be anger about being a schlubby dude and dressing horrifically. Also, obviously, about men’s policing of women’s bodies/attire which is categorically fucked up. So, I guess from my end your comment feels like body policing from the

Shouldn’t that be the world we work towards though? Where you judge a person on the content of their character rather than the fact that they’re wearing jean shorts, last night’s muscle tee, and sandals with socks.

A friend of mine, who is in many ways a good person, loves that movie. I’ve come to the conclusion that there are parts of popular culture that are just not for me (or other people with any taste at all, fucking really man? You like this, this hour and a half long fart joke?) and am at peace with that fact.

Performance art. Dude isn’t fleecing anyone, his audience is getting exactly what they want. I’d also they’re also getting what they deserve, but that’s a whole cultural argument that I’m not particularly up to having at the moment.

Maybe everyone should just wear what they want? The script note is fucked up. Either you’ve got the body where you can wear what you want, or you wouldn’t look good no matter what you were wearing. Those are the two body types.

Some people get really angry about the idea that you’re not a martinet, basically.

The show manages to be worse than the books. At least when Martin started the series it was relatively fresh and new. Dude loves to wallow though, and the show runners love to wallow more. The only way this ends is if you end it. Stop watching, and encourage others to stop watching.

Sure, she’s a neat character. She’s also completely useless in the books for advancing the plot. She does nothing, she accomplishes nothing, and her failures don’t even lead to plot advancement. Every chapter from her POV could be cut and the books would be better for it. Aside from liking her as a character (which I

Look, if you believe that Martin is capable of leaving a character that people care about alive then it’s quite ambiguous. If you know GRRM for the monster he is, then it’s salt in the wound. The books have been one long slow descent, specifically designed to see how many interesting characters (too many to list) he

Memes live longer if they discard their origins as soon as possible.

Just change it so landscape is the only made you can shoot video in.

Couldn’t we just all agree as a matter of routine and custom that students shouldn’t sleep with their professors and professors shouldn’t sleep with their students? It doesn’t seem like we’d be losing anything vital to the college experience or to humanity as a whole if we just codified this and called it a day.
