So, what I’m getting from this is, “It’s okay, because they were following orders.”

This isn’t about politics, RON, this about out of control, dangerous cops, justice, AND cars.

Sure, and that’s why they targeted media vehicles specifically.

This is always the argument they use to justify shooting every dog they see.

This is petty and despicable. We need Police who are mature and capable of working under pressure... like their training supposedly prepares them for. Not acting out and vandalizing cars like a bunch of emotionally out of control teenagers.

If police can destroy private property because it could be used as a weapon, then they can destroy pretty much anything they want. Th argument is absurd on its face. Hopefully Minneapolis will be paying to have these tires replaced and identifying and firing these officers.

Any police here want to push the limitations of the Blue Wall of Silence on this matter? My law enforcement friends (for the time being anyway) have been relatively silent regarding any criticism of fellow law enforcement. Some of them say how horrid the George Floyd murder was, but as far as the tactics following…

Nah. Not in this case anyway. Some of these are from 2014 when he was 29, an aspiring actor, and looking for a job. He should have known better. Leaving them up for 6 years, only to take them down and issue an “apology” after they were dug up feels very hollow.
