It’s a movie about persistence in the face of an unforgiving world and finding acceptance via faith. I'm so impressed AV Club reviewed it on its own terms.

This is mostly financed by Wahlberg, and it getting distribution by Sony makes it only the second film Gibson has done apart from Daddy’s Home 2 also starring Wahlberg that a major studio has touched since Gibson took a nose dive.
Your review is suggestive that the movie needs to be more self aware, yet it seems consistent in tone with all of Michael Bay's previous movies. What's your opinion on Armageddon?
Daniel Radcliffe hanging in there.
How would a Director’s Cut cost money? It’s a drama, there’s little in the way of unfinished special effects.
Similar to Uncharted sounds like a decent foundation they just needed to get off the ground.
That is the worst way possible to explain a good point. If this is the first instance of a teen R rated series on the platform (it should be grouped under Star) maybe don’t make a joke in your statement that all hope is lost.
Sexually adjacent crush? does that mean person their own age? It sounds superfluous.
Shawn Levy has never made a movie that was higher than a B.
It just sounds like they couldn't get a strong enough idea.
This movie has a unique look but it is painfully boring, the characters are unlikeable and its the most predictable film I’ve seen in years. Can Zac Effron act? Outside of Neighbors, Not really. You never forget who he is and he is also incapable or refuses to go to the movie star route of letting the audience’s…
Also the Harold & Kumar test, which is where the movie stops in its tracks and replays the entire Harold & Kumar trilogy which is impressive considering its runtime.
So the big spoiler is a cameo? Without saying is there anything surprising that happens plot wise?
And it's better than the C+ he gave Iron Man 3 when he started so there's an argument that Comic book movies have gotten better.
Murder on the Orient Express:
From a PR standpoint making it through the entire press run without being asked that is astounding. Having 3 respected women answer while the men decline to comment is also smart but I suspect that had Ansel or someone else been the lead perhaps this movie would have done better. If this is not the end of the road for…
Soul Surfer is a movie so bland I can't even remember if I've seen it.
Season 3 is the only one I watched completely it came out at the start of the pandemic actually. It doesn’t really matter. They got the drug dealer to kill their woman handler which they were messing with by opening a riverboat casino.
This movie could’ve lost 20 minutes and the kids dialogue is unbelievable. Nothing happens in this movie like all Mills movies it’s boring. He’s on the do not watch list now.
don’t forget to dye your red hair black and get fat as fuck.
