NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
If I needed it, I’d have a CPO Flex Ecoboost without hesitation.
Pretty spot-on. Can you make this happen for me? If it’s any easier, I don’t need it to be AWD.
I can’t go down in horsepower or to a CVT in the Subaru. My dad’s got a 15 3.6R that moves okay and that could be an option, but not for $35k. Can’t find them used either without it being close to new.
Driven a Clubman. Not a fan. I always expect some level of BMW refinement, but it just doesn’t have it.
I would love to live the wagon life again, but no one outside of VW makes one for under $30k.
We rented a few of these back in the day when the family when skiing in Colorado. They were the rental specials with the 3-speed and four-banger. They could barely make it up the mountains when they were clear. Halfway up, it started snowing like crazy. We all thought we were going to die on the side of the highway.…
I do agree with this, especially with the article posted this morning in The Daily Shift. It is always beneficial to keep a car as long as possible. We have no car payment on my wife’s Honda and my lovely ST will be paid off this winter.
I agree. I think it was more the fact that BMW didn’t want to fix the car even though it was suppose to. Plus, once you get on my mom’s bad side, you’re screwed.
The engine is bulletproof, but the transmission wasn’t. We got it a year old and six months after that the transmission wouldn’t go above 2nd. We found with BMW for over a month to get it repaired since it was still under warranty. It was the last BMW they bought.
The fanboys will rejoice by revving their non-VTEC engines to redline in unison and celebratory vape smoke.
My parents had a 89 535i. No M5s sadly, but my best memory was that it was my job on road trips man that trip computer and get it set every time before we left the house. Still one of the most favorite cars they ever owned.
Depressing.
Look at a 99 Monte when I was in high school. Wasn’t a bad car. Had ugly wheels and peeling window tint. Ended up buying a 98 Grand Am GT. POS.
Didn’t think of that. Just thought it was funny that you see the Merc, then the camera pans and it’s like, “Oh, he’s got friends.”
Until I see the new one in person, it’ll have to be the ‘08.
1. Glad they caught those guys. F*ck them.
Why Jeep isn’t bringing this over to the US when that market is massive right now is a bit mind-boggling....
