What I don’t understand is that a lot of the people who are worried about whites becoming a minority are the same people who think racism is over and minorities aren’t discriminated against. (From what I understand, this was a sentiment Jontron himself believes.)

Oh good, it’s not just me. It seems like NPC’s are specifically acting batshit crazy during Import/Export missions and not as much in freeroam (aside from their normal batshit craziness).
