@Praben: Osama/Chavez 2012!

@Optixtruf: No, it makes sense. Televised news is pretty much a font of sewage, so I avoid it entirely. The fact that the country is actually full of people who can and do get along just doesn't make for sensationalist headlines.

@wheatieboy: It's heartbreaking to me, as a rider myself and living in Los Angeles, to see so, so, so many people text or otherwise keep themselves occupied while driving, instead of actually driving.

@meatbag_pussrocket: Haha. Agreed, just devil's advocating for why guys who may think that way because the TBI 305 they have in their 91 'Maro kinda sucks.

@Tristan Hipps: Sorry, you're limited to one NASCAR-rage thread per story.

@CraigSu: It's 'hear, hear', you plebian. *adjusts monocle, dives off in MG Sprint*

@meatbag_pussrocket: Well, in the earliest days of domestic fuel injection, you got neither efficiency or performance. With carburetion at least you got performance.

Will Wright - Old Testament God

@aluminum und stoke: I disagree; I love it when a 'Neal with the Deal' guy in his mid-fifties, his slacks pulled up to his belly button and power tie, dismisses me outright or otherwise doesn't know anything besides 'this is a fiiiine automobile'. What a wonderful experience for a young buyer! Caddy dealerships

@Prawo Jazdy and The Velocity Trumpets: There needs to be some kind of initiative to educate people about what octane numbers actually mean - too many people think 'premium' (which is a dumb term for it) is just cleaner gas.

@Socialvegetable: GD3. I think the ground effects overhang is larger on the GD3, for more scrapage, only on the underside though, so I'm not worried about it. It's a pity that 'Mericans thought the tight, fun suspension on the GD3 was 'too harsh', as evidenced by the GE8 getting lovely body roll with softer

@Socialvegetable: Lowered Fits look great, I wish I could lower mine, but with the Sport ground effects I scrape as it is in Los Angeles. Do you have a GD or a GE?

@Socialvegetable: It's short in length but very tall. It drives like a tiny car though, which is important.

Re-enactment:

@trevor2k: So the dealer/service crew is expected to be familiar with all possible modifications that could be made to a private automobile? What if I dropped off my car to have something in the interior fixed, and when they went to move the car around the repair bay, they didn't find my secret fuel pump

@Froggmann: Not pictured: me, on me knees, screaming until I pass out

@dorkstar: Then that is damn impressive.

Alluminio e acciaio?

Can one insure an Ariel Atom here in America? I've seen one a few times here in Santa Monica. I would imagine replacing a side trellis would be a little costly.
