Sorry but the very best cover is the Bangles “Hazy Shade of Winter”. Not sure how you could miss that - as someone said about Devo’s Stones cover, they deconstructed it and put it back together in a new way that I would argue is much better than S&G’s original. It’s probably also the Bangles’ best song.

I should preface this by saying that I think Kirsty Maccoll was an all time great singer/songwriter who deserves and continues to deserve more recognition.

A couple of personal favorites:

Honestly, this show has pulled so many wild swings that I was 70% sure Wahlberg was going to be behind that door, even though I knew better.
