I don't know your or your wife's standards for "good" wine, but I found the Trader Joe's canned wine selection to be completely serviceable. They even have some sparkling options. Alternatively, the quality of boxed wines has greatly improved over the years.

I’ve found the Underwood Pinot Noir that comes in a can pretty satisfactory.

Not an AZ native, but I am an AZ resident and the paradox is real. The people I encounter day to day are for the most part lovely. But the people those lovely people have elected...not so much. Biggs, Gosar, Lesko...nuttier than Javelina turds.
