Even if they do port them, let’s be honest... ports are almost always worse than the original. No VC or SNES-mini emulator nonsense will ever, ever beat hooking up a real SNES console to a proper CRT TV.

As much as I disagreed with some of the gameplay direction in OM (the linearity mostly), it was a professionally polished product, and I’d take another hundred of those before I’d ever want them to officially adopt some amateurish fan wank such as AM2R.

Yeah but those were made entirely from scratch to suit the new systems they were on. Much more polished in style, less of a CG look and using a lot of hand-drawn textures, real-time visual effects, and a crapton of background/terrain animation.

Play the original N64 version, camera problem solved. I don’t know why the article only lists the PC version, as that was just a port.
