I’ll accept that you may be right, but the context I read was him defending himself based on the fact that modifications to the hardware are not illegal, just piracy of games itself is. That’s why my mind went there just from skimming that sentence.

Oh, I don’t follow him so I don’t know about that (I think I’ve seen one other video of his once). I just remember this popping up in my recommended videos once and thought it was appropriate.
