I'm familiar with the history of Joseph Lister, doctors washing hands before they treat pregnant women, etc. I think we can all agree that surgeons should wash their hands.

OK, where is it? And don't say "if you don't wash your hands you'll get germs." I'm talking about anything showing that people who don't wash their hands are less healthy or get sick more often.
