As a non American, and reading some of the supportive responses for this type of behaviour, it blows my mind how much some of you folks value personal freedom so much that being a decent neighbour or a considerate individual becomes irrelevant.

Maybe you could solve it by putting up a 10' privacy fence like most other junk yards do around their inventory.
