Fact in point is the photographer didn't commit a single violation (excpect speeding perhaps, but that's in the same boat as the VAG guys). The violation(s) commited are by the VAG boys who agressively approached him in person and blocked his vehicle from further travel.

Please send me a links to the laws the photographer has broken and the violations he's commited that make the Huracan/A8 drivers' response suitable for the situation.

Neither taking snapshot or filming with your DSLR is illegal. You may feel you are being disrespected but that does not give you the mandate to forcibly hinder someone from continuing the road (remember he was blocked by the A8)

That's what I meant by my first thought, that he was given a number to call with VAG.

The vehicle and driver are in the public domain, on a public highway. There are no regulations or laws stating that the photographer needs permission to photograph them. If a car is parked on the street, you have every right to photograph it. The owner can ask you not to, but you are not legally obliged to follow his

Who's street racing here? The photographer or the buff dude on the A8? Of course it's a bit weird to so intensively stalk a car, but it's not illegal. If the driver of the Huracan was upset or curious towards the photographers motives he could've:

Yeah, is this really a prototype? It looks pretty plain, no fancy gear in the windshield etc. and the driver looks like a bit of a bum.

This has gotta be taken to some human rights organization.

No.

Didn't notice until now, but yeah, defintively not compliant with current reg's.

Nah, looks like a PP car. Look at the headlights and the finish on parts of the bumper section.

Is this a joke? $3.7M?

Good observation

This guy is the weirdest fucking lawyer I've ever seen.

Is it even legal to film people at work like that?

You're attitude is disgusting. Do you think every Norwegian family can afford a 700,000 NOK car ? Are you fucking stupid? That is nearly 2x the average yearly income. Most income families buy the car? Hahahahahah you are a fucking joke man, which planet do you live on?

You've spelled it the Swedish way and no thank you.

The i3 is going to out sell the Model S by the end of this year, pre-orders alone.

I don't know, but there will be new electric car taxes for 2017. They don't pay the yearly road tax (like $500) and they don't pay toll chares either. That will change.

They will sell the cars when they have to pay road tax, lose the opportunity to use the bus lanes to work and the government finds some new way to tax the cars.
