So, we know it's definitely not that…
"Father Guido Sardouchebag" is definitely in the running for my favorite insult-name/reference.
"We are the gamers who say…" well, you know how it goes.
Here's why I do think this "needs to change", though. I once saw a comment on another site from someone who was so completely put out by Jaden Smith's gender-fluidity (the topic of the OP), because "if he's ever nominated for an Oscar [wow, that's optimism] how do they know what category to put him in?" The awards…
There are plenty of other ways to honor more performances that don't split by gender. Look at the Emmys. "…in a Limited Series or Movie", "…in a Comedy Series", "…in a Drama Series". (And the fact that they list the "Actor" nominees before "Actress" nominees, in every one of those categories, at http://www.emmys.com/aw…
Hey, Rob Liefeld can't draw for shit, and he never let that stop him… (Nor did anyone else think to stop him, sadly.)
I'll say this, though: "no gender designations in the acting races any longer" is a welcome and overdue change, and it's long past time other ceremonies like the Oscars followed suit.
The twist at the end of which? X-Men Prime? Kitty has Magik move the mansion (again) out of Limbo and right into the middle of Central Park. …Which is something I take issue with, as a New Yorker, just from a public-resources perspecive. That shouldn't be OK for them to just go ahead and decide to do on their own.
I really enjoyed Hopeless' just-completed run on All-New X-Men, I'll just say that. I haven't read either of those Avengers books, though.
I only managed to work this out because she's also on the cover of X-Men Gold #1, which made her identity more wiki-chaseable. That's Rachel Summers / Rachel Grey, who apparently now will be using the codename "Prestige".
This. The [She-]Hulk direction lately worries me, but I'm absolutely loving Totally Awesome Hulk. It's a completely fresh take on the entire Hulk mythos, and starring a character who went from a throwaway annoyance as part of the greater Hulk extended family to, finally, someone actually interesting. Amadeus is young,…
Just sneak it out one day, and I guarantee he'll never ever notice it's gone.
Thaaat may be a problem. I was in the middle of season 2 on the YouTube playlist just now, and all of the videos suddenly went "Unavailable". It looks like Rug Burn may've pulled the entire thing down.
Oh wow, that is night and day from the crappiness of the YouTube version. It's like the difference between "The Spirit of Christmas" and even first-season South Park.
Don't forget that all of the backgrounds in Season 2 looked like Castle Wolfenstein levels, too.
Wow, and it looks like Rug Burn just pulled basically all of Apollo Gauntlet off of YouTube. (While I was right in the middle of watching Season 2, no less!)
I swear the Briefcaser closing theme is an intentional parody of Shawn Brown's "Rappin' Duke"… which (if true) is frickin' awesome.
Waitasec, Arnold… who's Keith?
You may be right, though I think even there it's more about public (mis-)expectation. People are living longer, so we no longer expect anyone to die.
Or, what @disqus_t8T1SxwOPd:disqus said much more succinctly.
