If you want to keep a longrunning show like this fresh you have to get weird and introduce new characters. You have to change your tone and utilize what you have, that means no more traditional Simpsons in the classic sense. And come up with some new characters. The Bob's Burgers reviews are missed. We need more regular reviews of the good content in general too.

But Bob’s Burgers hasn’t given me a reason as to why the AV Club doesn’t review Bob’s Burgers anymore!

In fairness to the Simpsons...the AV Club doesn’t really cover ANYTHING, anymore.

You can bake them! I did that before I got the air fryer, because I also hate deep frying, so much oil, and the lingering odors. 375 for 25 to 30 minutes, I use panko bread crumbs and toss them in a bottle of oil, just enough to coat them, when I’m baking something with them.

I’m fine, but I’ve been eating like garbage all week. I worked 3 12-hour days and a seven. Those long days really take it out of me. My friend who I work with has had a stomach bug since Thursday.

I feel ya, I’ve had an upset tummy and heartburn all week, and I rarely get heartburn. I don’t know what it could be, stopped eating the artichoke pie that must be coincidence around when it started and still having issues. 

It was a THING this week! My bestie and I both could not be bothered to care about anything. I think it's in part bc we hit one year in quarantine on the 12th and nothing much has changed for us.

I got my first covid shot this week! AstraZeneca, which is a two-dose vaccine, which isn’t approved in the U.S. yet (I believe); I’m in Canada.

I found them in an Italian cookbook a few years ago. I showed my husband, these sound pretty good, we should try them I said, and they’re his favorite.

This week has been a shitstorm for me too. Today being the first day of spring has been big for me. We went for a walk with the dog, and it was awesome. We have like 6-7 months of cold here, so the changing seasons is so key to my sanity.

In addition to adopting my giant-ass pandemic puppy, I have gotten very into plants. I made an indoor greenhouse with an IKEA display cabinet and have put my tropical plants in it!

For some reason (or no reason - my brain does that sometimes), my mental health took a dive this week. To the point where it physically hurt.
