I've been using [cloudhq.net] to sync between Google Docs and Dropbox. I wouldn't be surprised if their API access gets cut off with Google Drive now, but so far it's still nicer for Google Docs for offline use because it gets the converted file rather that the .gdoc that just sends you back to the browser.
