@DeltaDAWG: *stares you down, like the quality stared commenter I am*

@Prismatist: I'm curious about the usefulness of that tag, as well.

@Norbs: As Tony said, e-mail the person who de-starred you. They're sometimes understanding to such misunderstandings. :)

@Josh_Geyer: Just focus on the clever things for a week or two, especially with articles that were just posted up(as the editors seem to look at the comments more for the first hour after posting). Then, once you get your star, just go back to being your normal, amicable self. :)

@aking1: I mostly agree; though, I fear promoting your comment may get you banned or suspended.

@coding_hero: The most consistent ways to get a star are providing tips and taking part in some of the rare photography challenges.

@jimstoic: Actually, they were just pointing out -repeated- use of only an image. Image posts that are funny can be great, but if a commenter repeatedly posts simply images with no words or only replies with pictures, it can become annoying and distracting.

@MGrohman: That definitely may be the case; though, part of it may simply be how people interact with web communities.

"Wait, hold on a second. I can't hear you over the sound of this darn swarm of bees..."

I agree. This disagreement is fine. I'm confused why you're continuing to talk about it. o.O

heh. Well, as I said, I can see how you might view it that way, as my original comment was flawed. So, there's no reason to apologize for your original reply. I get it. :)

@pandaSmore: Kids are bored these days. What else are they going to do? They're out of work and need -something- to post on Twitter. Why not cure a horrible disease or lead a democratic uprising?

*puts down her fork-full of pecan pie* heh. Yeah, nothin wrong with either of those things!

Thanks Browerma. That's exactly what I was intending with the comment. This is a fun community and I felt a little jocular approach to such an odd story was fine. Thanks for taking the time to be a good guy. ^.^

As DH405 said, a traditional "liberal" as defined by politics wouldn't fit with what I said, and so, the distinction should have been obvious from there. I would have said "open-minded" instead, but then, I'd say "extremely liberal" is when open-mindedness goes too far into lacking sense. A political liberal would
