The only two asshole justices are Thomas and Alito. Roberts (despite his aversion to the LGBT community and repro rights) seems like an even handed guy when it comes to matters like these.
I don’t even think the Supreme Court would rule 4-4 on this. The judges clearly lean conservative and liberal, but I think even the conservative ones would rule against this - they’re conservative but not dumb.
