Kind of like being hungry. I might just be hungry.

I would like to inquire about bringing my god Spot to your annual dog show.
I always thought the "no telepaths" rule was a running joke, and we will eventually meet one (like The Clairvoyant) and everyone at SHIELD's face will be red.
@avclub-6e8fb18f4f5788ce09ff72f8fdd81b4f:disqus just wanted to destroy something beautiful.
I don't think he will. He's getting a little old for rom coms anyway.
Nebraska being nominated for everything really came out of left field. Maybe I haven't been paying enough attention, but I don't remember hearing much about it when it came out, and have heard zero about it since then.
And Bale gained a shit ton. There's your Hanks/Redford snub.
No, because he's my favorite character on a TV show that serves as a surrogate for actual emotional relationships.
Capital C motherfucker.
Just seeing that picture of Troy breaks my heart a little.
No, True Romance is the center slice in a square cheese pizza. You're Jim Belushi.
I've seen Black Swan 3 times and I know it's one I'll be revisiting 20 years from now. Sometimes you just know.
Nah. Some movies are of their time, some it takes less than a year before you wonder what the hell everyone was thinking.
It was entertaining enough, but way too slight for a best picture nom. I can't think of a single thing about it that says best picture. This was back when there were only 5 slots, too.

There was a lot less to do back then.
Joss did write the pilot, which explains why the pilot ended up being the most entertaining episode.
I think I would have been happier if she'd stayed the audience surrogate/criminal she was at the beginning. When we found out she was an orphan searching for her parents in SHIELD, I thought groan, of course she is. Now she's a special mutant something too. None of that is half as interesting to me as Skye as liaison…
I tried it last year around this time and it was thin, really thin, like maybe they shouldn't have released it so soon thin. This sounds like there's more to it now. I really like turn based strategy, I may check it out again. The opening animations, anyway, were fantastic, done in 70's animation style.
Don't compare Tarantino with Lynch. Lynch is a college sophomore trying to seem deep. He's a feature length version of the guy in film class who wore a trenchcoat and acted mysterious. He's the guy you tripped with who carried around a notebook with a vague sketch about some truth that he would never elaborate on. You…
