Over the years, this has ascended to being my All Time Favorite Final Fantasy, enjoyed it at launch, but it then didn’t feel like it measured up to the older titles (excepting VIII, which is still my absolute least favorite), and easily in my top 5 games of all time.

If it was your sole reason for purchasing the Wii U, that’d be a valid complaint, but were that the case it would behoove you to wait until it had a release date, rather than jumping on the console with no idea of if when the game was coming. Don’t blame nintendo, blame yourself.
