Sounds like the typical minimum wage setup for sure. Almost certainly what every store is like.

We got shipped big boxes of used games from god knows where. Do you guys go through all of those? It's a busy job, it's not impossible to make a mistake and just hand someone a game.

I worked at GameStop in college and would have just replaced it. I don't think everyone at the store was so thorough that it's impossible a game could have been scratched and I'm not getting yelled at for minimum wage.
