@evanminn01: You are right. I have no idea how many factories there are, and how many employees are in each. It might be that these suicides (a dozen?) happened in a few factories totalling only 20,000 or employees, thus making the suicide rate more than double the national average.

The most shocking thing here is that this company employs 1 Million people. That numbers just blows my mind. Based on the always reliable Wikipedia, China's suicide rate is 6.6 per 100,000. This means that there are less suicides among these workers than the general population.

Sucks to be brown in the USA.

@HektikLyfe: I dont know. I've lived in the country before. I could see myself driving over what I thought was a hill only to shoot in to a pond. I think when we read things like this we assume that the people were treating the device like a video game. I don't think that is always the case.

I have different cafes for different tasks. I always have meetings at one, I write at another and I do sales type things at another. When I get to these places I'm put in the mood to do whatever task I usually do there.
