Wow. Just wow. This is nothing surprising though. A local church by my house is trying to use bookstores and coffee shops to "attract people to Christ". I'm sure if someone wants coffee or a book on a Sunday it's a lot easier to go to the local Starbucks or bookstore rather than having to deal with going to church to

Only the comparison between the main guy and Noctis is really accurate to me. The girl really doesn't look that much like Lightning. That being said, the only thing that really stands out to me with the guys is the hair on the side. But both of these character designs are pretty generic looking and standard in the

Ignition? Let's just hope they get us a decent dub for once... X_X

I have that one myself. It came out a little while before the PSP 3000 was released.

ToW: RM is a very hardcore tales game, and there just aren't enough hardcore Tales fans. The first RM was released in the US, but it didn't do very well at all. I can't blame Namco for not wanting to release RM. But it's also Namco's own fault for not advertising enough... But at this point and time, I'm just happy

That set looks really nice. I wish we could get the same treatment.

Nintendo worked with Mistwalker to make TLS, so why on earth would it be on a Sony system? Nintendo isn't ready to lose its exclusives like that.

As much as I like the Guild, I don't really have much interest in this. I guess I just don't have any fascination with girl gamers, being that I am one myself.

Koreans are a lot more outgoing, but they can also be pretty rude and ask you extremely strange questions that just come out of nowhere. Koreans go on a "I'm older than you, so I can do what I want" mentality, where older people can treat you like shit and it's OK because they're older than you. My one friend in Korea

I'm more likely to buy Nintendo consoles off the bat than I am Sony or Microsoft consoles because they (or at least the Wii) seem cheaper and I know there will be at least one game I will want to play on it (Zelda). It is a different case if the system is out of my budget.

@darqv: my thoughts exactly.

my laptop or my PS3, probably.

My brother plays video games with his daughter and son all the time (mostly mario kart and super smash bros melee), and I've definitely seen evidence of this being beneficial for them.

I am kind of angry about this since I just bought a PS3 last month. My PS2 and GCN are both silver, so it could have matched. Oh well. ;-;

@vacoide: I was confused by the fact that they called "Sims 3" hardcore.

I am disappointed about the region lock as half of the games I like don't seem to come out in the West. Guess I'll be importing a 3DS eventually.

I stopped playing all through high school and started up again because of Twilight Princess. I've been playing since then, though not as hardcore as I used to.

@DanielJr82: Perhaps, but that still doesn't explain the magazine thing. Hardcore or not, they should keep their opinions to themselves if they want to keep happy customers. ^^

@DanielJr82: Whenever I go to Gamestop with my cousin, they always ask him if he wants to buy the magazine and card subscription, but they never ask me. Is this because I'm a girl and he thinks I won't be interested in it? I don't know.

I'm not that interested in Kinect, to be honest, but my sister bought one recently, so I'll have to try it out next time I see her.
